Restorative Yoga Experience

In today's world we are praised for speeding up, performing more, and being" busy".  More often than not; the way we respond to our busy lives, electronics and relationships begin to form patterns of habitual tension in our bodies and minds.  Restorative yoga aims to create a space where we can relax and support the body competely so that we can find a deep connection with our breath which in turn helps us to turn on our relaxation response or our Parasympathetic nervous system.  Through this process our body begins to heal from the inside out.  The more we know our body in a relaxed state; the quicker we can get there every day.  A restorative practice is an amazing compliment to everything we do, especially more vigorous vinyasa styles.

This practice will begin with a short vinyasa warm up and then move into restorative postures.
