Have you been practicing? Are you ready for more?! HANDSTAND LEVEL 2 is for you! Whether you’ve taken my signature HANDSTAND 101 Workshop or have just been practicing on your own and looking for more guidance and air-time, I’ve got you! We will begin right away with Handstand specific warm-ups + drills utilizing props and the wall in creative ways to support and engage your strength. Then move into diverse wall work and optional freestanding entries. This class will be FUN, expect to try new things, be challenged + grow your handstand skill set. Handstands are about repetition + perseverance; and those things are always more fun with friends!
