Learn the basics of strength training + yoga asana. All workouts + practices are under 30 minutes to easily fit into your day. Designed to be repeated so you can see your effort pay off over time! Perfect if you’re just beginning or needing motivation to get back into it! Each class can be done on it’s own or as part of the 30 day program.

    Welcome to the program! This short video will be an introduction to the program, go over what props you need and share an overview of what to expect during our time together.

  • Form + Foundations

    Form + Foundations

    This video will go over how to move safely with the right alignment and form. I break down the details that are sometimes overlooked in group settings that when focused on make a huge difference in progressing.

  • Workout Session #1

    Workout Session #1

    The first of 3 foundational workouts. This workout begins slowly with the basics. We focus deeply on form and awareness of your body as you move. We are waking up the body.

    This workout is a full body session.

  • Workout Session #2

    Workout Session #2

    The second of 3 foundational workouts. This workout progresses by adding in more complex weight bearing + some cardio. We still focus deeply on form and awareness of your body as you move.

    This workout is a full body session.

  • Workout Session #3

    Workout Session #3

    The final of 3 foundational workouts. This workout progresses by adding in balancing aspects to wake up your stabilizing muscles along with dynamic movement + primal cardio which recruits your shoulder complex + coordination. This workout helps to build proprioception (awareness of where your body is in space). We still focus deeply on form and awareness of your body as you move.

    This workout is a full body session.

  • Vinyasa Flow #1

    Vinyasa Flow #1

    It’s time to flow! In flow #1 I support you with lots of guidance and helpful cueing to lead you harmoniously through your practice. This vinyasa practice will allow you to use the strength you have been building in a fun and functional way.

    We move through basic + foundational postures, sun salutations, twisting and deep rest; while staying in tune with the breath and pausing to feel into meditation.

    This is a full body flow.

  • Vinyasa Flow #2

    Vinyasa Flow #2

    In flow #2 you move more freely with less cueing from me. Expect a more playful experience building off of the techniques we’ve learned from Flow #1.

    This practice will offer you more opportunities for balance + strength while allowing you to feel into your own rhythm and flow.

    This is a full body flow.

  • Cardio Finisher

    Cardio Finisher

    This is a SPICY cardio routine guaranteed to get the sweat dripping! This class is short but mighty, don’t underestimate what can be done in under 10 minutes!

    Use this as suggested in the monthly calendar or add to the end of any workout for fire it up!
