Liforme Yoga Mat
I love this mat, it’s beautiful, has alignment markers and is very grippy. This mat is the one I use when I practice in studios or at home. It’s great for a hot yoga practice as it does not slip.
Jade Yoga Travel Mat
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS MAT. This came with me to Mexico and El Salvador and it was super portable and lightweight but ALSO had enough cushioning for the real yoga mat feel.
*** I have the Jade yoga voyager mat as well which I love however it is foldable and very thin! It’s GREAT if you don’t need that cushiony feel but want grip. The Jade travel mat acts more like a real yoga mat with more portability, the voyager is more just for grip! I personally recommend the travel mat if you have more space and the voyager if your backpacking it!
Sakara life beauty water + detox drops
It’s no secret that I love sakara life and These are two of my favorite products from them.
i use the beauty water after hot yoga to stay hydrated and I use the detox drops which are chlorophyll every day in my water bottle for gut health!

Bala bangles are a fun way to add a bit of resistance to your pilates training or yoga training. Especially good for training pressing techniques because once the weights are off your legs are weightless!! Plus they’re super cute, great quality and stylish! They come in 1lb or 2 lb options!
VORNADO SPACE HEATER
Arguably the best purchase I have EVER made in my life. This little guy heats up a room FAST. For chilly mornings on my yoga mat I pop this on and voila, warm/hot yoga. It has a little mechanism that will shut it off it it tips over too for safety which I like. This thing is silent, small and works FAST. Can’t recommend enough!!! Esp for my fellow yogis, this will change your winters!

NUCIFERA - THE BALM
I adore this product!! I discovered it at a Lacey Phillips To Be Magnetic talk in winter 2019 in NYC. It was part of our giftbag and I fell in love. You can use it for hair, for moisturizer, for makeup remover, my cousin even used it during pregnancy to prevent stretch marks. It’s made of the cleanest ingredients AND smells HEAVENNNNNLY. This stuff is Da BALM…get it…
DERMALOGICA CLEANSER
So gentle, so effective, my skin is super happy when I use this. I’ve turned on my bestie to it too and she ordered the giant size for her shower lol. It’s a great gentle cleanser for am and pm!
DR. STURM FACE CREAM
I am super picky about moisturizers as I have sensitive skin and anything too heavy on my face causes issues so often I opt for the serum route instead. However I got a sample of this cream and have not looked back. Yes it’s pricey but it is like. light butter and leaves my skin SO HAPPY.
This is an affordable and effective serum. My skin is super sensitive but this serum absorbs right in and always leaves me feeling more glowy and hydrated, I’ve been using it for a few years now and especially like it for pairing with my gua sha tools!
GUA SHA TOOLS
I am IN LOVE with gua sha. I have gifted all of my best friends gua sha tools for their birthdays or the holidays and honestly i dont know if any of them even use them BUT I BELIEVE IN THEM SO MUCH that I have to share them with everyone. When I gua sha every night I notice a huge difference, in life, in glow, in lines in EVERYTHING. It is something you have to commit to like brushing your teeth but YES does it make a difference!!! TATA HARPER RESURFACING MASK
Love this mask, makes me feel like I have a beautiful glow after I take it off. Also gently exfoliates! Have been using for years and highly recommend!
DRY BRUSH
I was gifted this exact set for Christmas last year and love it!! I dry brush before the shower for lymphatic drainage and also really like the body wash it comes with! I’m sure you can find a less expensive set but I really enjoyed the quality of this brand!
MOROCCAN OIL
Honestly I’ve used this forever and for someone with fine long hair, this is the only thing that gives my hair weight and shine! I love it, I will always love it and it smells great! A small bottle lasts forever!
ORIBE SPLIT END SEAL
This is a new love for me. My hair stylist recommended it to me because I was traveling a lot and in the ocean a lot and my split ends were wildin’ out. This SMELLS SO GOOD IDK HOW THEY DO IT. So that is number 1. But its great for helping heal my distressed hair. I alternate between this and moroccan oil! I also feel fancy when I use this in case you were wondering.

Got these matching slippers for everyone for my besties 30th birthday and I haven’t stopped wearing them since. They are so cute, come in a ton of colors and they are comfy womfy. They also have a hard bottom so if you have to run outside you are safe! Functional and COZY!!!

ALO YOGA AIRLIFT INTRIGUE BRA
Love this bra, I have it in like 3 colors. It’s flattering but it’s also good for low + high impact workouts! I usually remove the padding because padding isn’t my vibe but you can keep it as an option if its yours! Super love, will continue to buy these because when you find a good bra you stock up!!!
ANOTHER MUST HAVE FAVE. These sweats area staple for me. I practice in them, I travel in them, I loouunnnge in them. I basically live in these, super comfy cozy and warm. You can dress them up or down and they look real cool with heeled boots! I have red, white and blue colors! I love that you can scrunch them up or keep them full length. They also have a wide leg version and I have one of those too! I‘m obsessed! Such a good loungey present!!!

For any beach lovers, surfers or fish in your life SKATIE SWIM IS WHERE IT’s ATTT! I am obsessed, I usually only wear skatie. Their one pieces are to die for and their bikinis are super cute. The prints are fashion and they are great quality!! They are also a small biz and sustainable, LOVE! My truest love. My forever. My soulmates. My ‘47 brand hats are so lived in, if you know me, you know I travel with at least one of them at all times and I am obbbbbsessssssed. My favorite styles are the cleanup dad hat and MVP adjustable. I opt for LA Dodgers all the time or the yankees because style baby and also I’m a cali baby at heart. Great gift that you know will be used over and over again! Good for beach, after yoga, running errands or to accessorize a night out!!

ALO YOGA BODYSUITS
ALO has the best Bodysuits and I live in them when practicing and teaching retreats. My absolute favorite is the body wave bodysuit which is one shoulder and has one sleeve and is the most flattering! It’s super great to wear under shorts as well for a unique look, and it stays in place so no worries about anything riding up or down! My second fave is the intrigue bodysuit and no surprise there; I love everything intrigue from alo yoga! Here are links and photos to both of my favs.

LOVE THESE for practicing yoga in the winter time. They pair perfect with leggings aka my fave lulu aligns, super soft and lightweight. So if you need just a little bit of warmth these are perfect and inexpensive. I usually purchase my clothing not from amazon but with hot yoga I tend to ruin a decent amount of tops, esp long sleeves and these are great to just throw on and I don’t have to worry about a super expensive long sleeve being ruined (I made an exception here). They stay in place and can also go from studio to street pretty darn well. Probably would look super cute with shirts in the summertime as well!
COZY SHORTS
Okay! These shorts are so comfy cozy and they are super soft. I used them to teach on retreats or in hot places a lot but also slept in them because they are fleecy. They’re super cozy and called the Daze short from ALO. They also have a Daze pant but the shorts are just so good! I have them in a few colors and always reach for them. They are a bit baggier on the booty but come up higher waisted for a nice look! Def love these for being active or for snuggle time!! Also the cutie matching top is here: Ribbed Whisper Cardigan
COMFY COZY FUZZY WUZZY THROW
LOVE THIS THING. No explanation necessary. Cozy up by the fire or for restorative yoga with this bad boy. The fuzziest in all the land!
