Training session focusing on conditioning. Opportunity to practice many different entries into handstand! Including:

  • Handstand specific warm-up + drills

  • Free-standing practices only (modifications offered)

  • Options to work toward straight, tuck, straddle entires + more!

Meant to be practiced regularly to build your stamina, awareness + strength.
