About this event - New Moon, Sunset Yoga + Sound Healing!

A sound healing, gentle yoga + breath-work experience taking place directly on the beach at sunset. Crystal singing bowls, wind-chimes, rain-sticks, gongs & ambient music will be curated to transport you to deep rest and regeneration while soaking in ocean energy.

Jess (@JRockYoga) + Juliana (@yogi_jul) will lead you through each chakra using gentle movement, healing sound + meditative breath-work.

All levels welcome, no experience necessary. Come get super cozy and create safety within yourself. Bring your friends for a fun relaxing evening or make new ones! We will offer calming teas and healthy snacks as well.

PRICE: $35/Per Person (Purchase HERE or Tickets below!)

PLEASE BRING: Your own yoga mat or blanket(s). Any pillows/extra blankets/bolsters you would like to make your space extra cozy (we will supply some but it never hurts to have extra to squish into). Wear comfy clothing and bring long pants/sweatshirt. Note* There are not restrooms here so please come prepared.
