It’s time to flow! In flow #1 I support you with lots of guidance and helpful cueing to lead you harmoniously through your practice. This vinyasa practice will allow you to use the strength you have been building in a fun and functional way.
We move through basic + foundational postures, sun salutations, twisting and deep rest; while staying in tune with the breath and pausing to feel into meditation.
This is a full body flow.
